Add-Ons
- Additional edited images: $10 per image
- Additional time: $45 per 30 minutes

- Expedited editing (48-hour turnaround): $50
- Express booking (sessions booked within 24 hours: $75
- Travel more than 15 miles: $1 per additional mile
- Studio sessions are available upon request. Rental fee will be added to the invoice.
A-Vision Photos – Policies
- All bookings require a non-refundable booking deposit to reserve your time.
- All listed prices are base estimates and may vary depending on specific client needs, requested add-ons, extended session time, or travel distance. A final quote will be provided before booking confirmation.
- Full payment is required before any photos are delivered.
- The standard turnaround time for edited photos is typically 7-10 business days, unless otherwise agreed. This may take longer during busy seasons. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.
- Final photos will be delivered via an online gallery. Clients will have access to download high-resolution images for personal use.
- A-Vision Photos retains the rights to use images for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted personal-use rights but may not sell or alter the images without permission.
My Process
1.Inquiry & Quote
Start by filling out the contact form. I’ll review your details and send over a customized quote based on your needs.
2. Booking & Deposit
Once you accept the quote, you can go to the booking site to pay your deposit and confirm your date and time.
3.Picture time
On the day of the session or event, we bring the vision to life. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot
4.Photo Delivery
Your final, professionally edited images are delivered through an online gallery, ready to download and share.
